Learn to manage and priorize tasks using AGILE
In this 2-hour workshop we will work on the SCRUM methodology and the general AGILE framework so that you discover new ways to manage projects in a more agile way.
In addition, you will learn tools and techniques that allow you to prioritize tasks within a project in a dynamic and fun way as a team.
